Fetch a funnel's weekly cadence
/apps/{id}/funnels/{funnelId}/cadenceReturns, for each hour of the week in timezone, how many users did the funnel's first step in that hour and how many of them converted. Users are counted by installation id.
- The weeks end at the start of the latest week whose users have all had a full conversion window, so every hour is counted the same number of times and no user is still converting.
- Hours without users are left out.
